Change happens through movement and movement heals.

J. Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. With practice of specific exercises and breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself an invaluable adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds.

Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits, including increased lung capacity, improved circulation, strength, flexibility (both muscular and mental). Posture, balance and core strength are also improved, along with bone density and joint health.

The pilates principle are:

  • Concentration
  • Center
  • Control
  • Breathing
  • Precision
  • Flow

And they describe perfectly all that awaits you in a Pilates class.

Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving. A. Einstein

Kinesiology is the science that studies the movement of the human body and teaches how to find the appropriate strategies to bring it back into balance.

Kinesiology, together with Pilates, are the main paths I have chosen for my profession. These are the methods I like to integrate in my lessons and that allow me to design and plan physical activity programs for psycho-physical wellbeing and promote lifestyles aimed at preventing postural vices and pathologies.

In this way you will feel accompanied on a path that does not stop at a single session, but can become a long-term wellbeing project.
